We just had our '50s weatherboard restumped in Ballarat and what an amazing job. Shnai is an amazing communicator and a pleasure to negotiate details with. The 2 gentlemen workers were just that - very respectful of customer and their home. Nothing was too much trouble. They even replaced the temporary cardboard barrier each day around the perimeter that we used to keep our little dogs in and brought our emptied council bins into the yard for us. The clean up after was also very thorough. When leveling they were extremely considerate to achieve the best possible balance between exact level and keeping the amount of plaster damage to a minimum. Highly competitive pricing and just an amazing experience. We give the highest recommendation possible. ~ Damian D
We recently had our brick home in Melbourne underpinned and leveled by Vic Metro. From the start our dealings with VicMetro were great with Shnai and Joe clearly explaining the process, and the team friendly, hardworking and respectful of our space. Despite a comprehensive assessment, our job became more complicated as additional issues were discovered (sewerage and stormwater pipes needed relining). This meant underpinning was delayed while we engaged other trades to fix the water issues. Shnai was brilliant throughout, always available to answer our questions, offer sound advice and resources, and importantly keep things in perspective for us. I would not want to go through an underpinning process like ours without the support of Shnai! Highly recommend. ~ H G
Let's face it, restumping is daunting. When Shnai called me from my online enquiry, I felt reassured that I was in good hands. She answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision about going ahead with Vic Metro for my restumping. The itemised quote and all the paperwork thoroughly explained potential costs, leaving no hidden surprises. Ella was such a pleasure to deal with.
